This event launched a major study undertaken by the Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA), which reveals hundreds of potential clients and opportunities across the three northern regions, that fall within the scope of the Northern Powerhouse.  Papers were presented by eminent speakers and copies can be viewed below.  Copyright is retained by the authors at all times.
