Event Details

The street and road works industry continues to face changes and challenges - bringing us major opportunities and choices:

  • Electric and autonomous vehicles will increasingly become the norm; so how do we deliver an extensive network of electrical charging points?
  • The use of data is critical and how we use it to make better operational decisions is fundamental; so can we gear up to deliver fibre and build a world-class 5G network?
  • The construction of HS2 and HS3 will have major implications for highway authorities and utilities; so how can we best meet these challenges?
  • The roll-out of street manager will affect us all; so how should we ensure we are ready to accept, and benefit from, the changes?

Building on the positive feedback and suggestions from previous successful events, our 2019 Convention programme embraced the changes and challenges, and showcased the opportunities and choices which the industry must pursue.

Delegate places were FREE for HAUC/RAUC, Street Works UK and JAG UK members.
